So close for Richardson at Claremont

Kalem Richardson fired a superb five under 66 to finish in a tie for second at today’s $6,000 Cancer Council Claremont Pro-Am. He finished just one shot behind the winner, he will next line up in the Irrigation Tasmania Highlands Pro Am at Bothwell on Tuesday, the 31st of January.

Top ten finish for Rice at Claremont

Tasmanian Golfer Clint Rice secured another top ten finish today, finishing in a tie for eighth at the $6,000 Claremont Pro-am. He posted a one over 72, he will now take a short break before lining up in the $6,000 Irrigation Tasmania Highlands Pro Am at Bothwell on Tuesday, January 31.  

Rice battles in Lonsdale Pro-Am

Clint Rice fired a five over 76 in today’s $10,000 Lonsdale Pro-Am in Victoria, finishing in a tie for 59th position. This was his final tournament before heading back to Tasmania tomorrow to compete in the local Pro-Am summer series, beginning with an event at the Tasmania Golf Club in Hobart later this week.

Strong showing by Rice at Curlewis

Clint Rice has fired a two under 70 to finish in a tie for 10th place and just three behind the winner in today’s $10,000 Curlewis Pro-am. The Tasmanian will tee off in tomorrow’s pro-am event at Lonsdale, before tackling the Tasmanian pro-am series beginning in Hobart later this week.

Rusty Richardson back in the swing of things at Keysborough

Tasmanian golfer Kalem Richardson has ended in a tie for 24th in today’s Bendigo Bnak Pro-Am at Keysborough, finishing one over the card. It was his first event since returning from Malaysia, where he secured his full card for the One Asia tour.

Fresh from securing his full card on the One Asia tour, Tasmanian golfer Clint Rice fired a three under 70 in today’s $15,000 Bendigo Bank Pro-Am at Keysborough to finish in a tie for fourth place. Rice will contest the $10,000 North Western Golf Classic at Goonawarra tomorrow.

Tasmania’s Clint Rice and Kalem Richardson have both securing playing privileges next season, after today’s second round of Q-School for the PGA Tour of Australasia. Rice fired a three under 69 to sit equal 18th while Richardson with another one over 73, is at plus two and equal 32nd.

Tasmanian golfer Kalem Richardson has fired an even par 72 in today’s second round of the BMW New Zealand Open in Christchurch to finish at nine over the card and miss the cut. His round consisted of three birdies and three bogeys and he finished in a tie for 94th position.

Tasmanian Golfer Clint Rice has finished in a tie for fourth place in today’s prestigious Peter Senior Pro-Am at Links Hope Island. In tough conditions for scoring, Rice fired a two over 74 and finish six shots off the leader.

Tasmanian golfer Kalem Richardson has battled to a nine over 81 in today’s first round of the BMW NZ Open in Christchurch. His round consisted of seven bogeys and a double bogey, he’s currently in a tie for 138th position.

Tasmanian motor racing great Greg Crick has won race two in the final round of the Australian GT Championship at Sandown today, to record his first round win of the series, Crick claimed third place overall Championship and also took out the prestigious Barry Jones Perpetual Trophy after being named Competitor of the year.

Tasmanian Greg Crick produced one of the best drives of his 40 year career in winning today’s first race in the final round of the Australian GT Championship at Sandown, Crick in his Viper to victory by almost 25 seconds and also smashed the lap record on 11 separate occasions during the 25 minute race.
